UPDATES ON CHRIS
Chris is the founder of Hoodlum Nonprofit and has always gone above and beyond to help others. If someone was in need, Chris would be the first to step up—he’d literally give the shirt off his back or his last dollar to make sure someone else was okay. That’s just the kind of person he is.
Sadly, Chris was in a terrible motorcycle accident on May 9th around 8 PM while heading into town. We don’t know exactly what caused the crash, but he was rushed to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
Right now, Chris is stable but has been sedated to aid his recovery. His injuries include:
• A brain bleed
• A large hematoma on his forehead
• A cracked skull that required 19 staples
• A broken ankle
• Scrapes and bruises on his legs and back
Chris has a long road ahead of him, and while we are thankful he is still with us, the medical bills and financial strain of recovery are overwhelming. We are asking for help—whether it’s to cover medical expenses or to offer financial support as he recovers and is unable to work.
Anything you can give will mean the world to Chris and our family. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this page and keeping Chris in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you so much for your love and support during this difficult time.

CARING BRIDGE
We know that everyone is hoping to get regular updates on Chris' condition. The family will be updating the Caring Bridge account that has been set up, rather than answering calls, texts, or emails at this time.
DONATIONS
Unexpected costs are always stressful. This is one of the main reasons Chris started HOODLUM. He believes that anyone has the power to change lives. His "pay it forward" spirit has done just that. Now his family needs our support. Every donation in any amount is appreciated. At this point, the family has no idea what the hospital bills will total, how long the road to recover will be, or how long Chris will be unable to work
A GoFundMe has been established.
Kati has a Venmo account, if you prefer that.
